Reset Your Forgotten Password

2. You should be directed to a sign-in screen where you are prompted to enter your email address and password. These are provided to each user on onboarding.

3. If this does not happen automatically, click the Log In button in the top right corner of the screen.

4. User tries to log in to the Rebuild Cost platform but cannot remember their password.

5. Click "Forgot your password?"

6. Click the "Email Address" field.

7. Enter your email address.

8. Click "Send verification code"

9. Click the "Verification Code" field.

10. Enter the verification code sent to your email.

11. Click "Verify code"

12. Click "Continue"

13. Open the Microsoft Authenticator App and enter your verification code.

14. Click the "Enter your code" field.

15. Enter your verification code.

16. Click "Verify"

17. Click the "New Password" field.

18. Enter a new password.

19. Click the "Confirm New Password" field.

20. Re-enter your new password.

21. Click "Continue"

22. You will have successfully reset your password and will be redirected to the IRCP Homepage.
