I have entered an address of multiple flats (e.g. 31-36, St James’ Place...) but only the first number is showing on the asset page. Why is this and can it show all the numbers?

The Intelligent Rebuild Cost Platform is designed to identify individual buildings. When looking for multiple flats, each flat has an individual address. This means that when a range of flat addresses, such as 31-36 St James’ Place, the first address will be located and 31 St James’ Place will be displayed as the asset address. 

In order to process a report for each address you will need to search individually for each address and generate a report for each one.
